NME reports that the new Spiderman Musical, which is being scored by none other than U2 front man, and all-round good guy (maybe he should take the lead role) Bono. $40million is the operating budget, with a weekly budget of $1million. this would make it the most expensive musical ever in the history of live shows, and take thousands of successful shows to break even.
